About FM27 Game Wiki
A small independent wiki for Football Manager 27. We verify what can be verified, label what cannot, and explain the game we are actually playing.
Why this site exists
Football Manager 27 changes the feedback loop. Tactical Effectiveness connects tactics, training and recruitment in a way that makes copy-paste advice less useful. We built this wiki to explain the systems and the trade-offs, not to pretend there is one perfect tactic for every save.
The site launched on 31 October 2026 during the FM27 Launch Preview. It is a fan project, written by people who play the game. It is not an official Football Manager resource, and it is not endorsed by Sports Interactive or SEGA.
How we research
We separate information into three buckets:
- Confirmed game facts: sourced from Sports Interactive, SEGA, official storefronts or the released game. We date them.
- Community data: ratings, wages and shortlists from established fan sites, credited to the source and marked provisional where appropriate.
- Editorial analysis: our own tactical frameworks and opinions. Useful as a starting point, not a guarantee of results.
When the Launch Preview differs from the final build, we update the page and change the “last verified” date. We do not claim to have tested every tactic in every engine patch.
FM27 wonderkid data
The wonderkid shortlist uses recommendation ratings and wages from FM Scout’s public Revision 1 list, published on 29 October 2026. Those figures are a community reference, not official Sports Interactive data. They can change before launch and may not match your save if your database setup loads fewer players.
Football Manager 27 screenshots and key art are owned by Sports Interactive and SEGA. We download press and storefront assets locally for editorial identification, with a visible credit on the page. If you are a rights holder and want an image removed, contact us through the project repository associated with this deployment.
Corrections
We correct factual errors as soon as we can verify the replacement source. If a page says “updated”, the date refers to the last meaningful edit, not a cosmetic timestamp. We do not publish fake reviews, fake authors or fake “tested” labels.
How to use the site
Start with the guides library if you are new, or the
tactics room if you already know your club. The
search page indexes every guide. External sources are linked with
nofollow and marked as official or community.
A guide should answer the next question.
Browse the library, or use search to find the exact system you need.
